Our Technology

Each AirGen MAX plant is a tailor-made, scalable product. Prior to installation a full geological and meteorological analysis must take place to be able to predict actual production potential accurately. All numbers below are approximations assuming a yearly average temperature of 25ºc with an average humidity of 50%

 

A standard AirGen MAX plant has an estimated production of 50 m3 of water per hour. Covers an area of 12,000 m2. Here are some of its key features:

  • 10 independent production lines that ensure constant water supply. No downtime even during regular maintenance

  • Full customization of the water thanks to our mineralization technology. For example, we can produce irrigation water already fertilized and/or drinking water independently on each of the lines.

  • Bottled water can be produced by any (or all) of the independent lines. This water is produced at very low unit costs and can then be sold to generate additional revenues for the plant operators.

  • Scalability and Adaptability: Each AirGen MAX plant is a custom project that is tailored to the needs of the client.

  • The plants generate zero waste: No chlorine is used in the process; we use UV light and ozone produced on site and the process of condensation generates enough cold air to refrigerate the plant and equipment.

  • Flexible installation: As opposed to desalinisation plants, AirGen does not need to be near the ocean. It can be deployed anywhere.
